Job Description:
Our client is a market leader in Printed Graphic Communications and Media Services, offering a totally integrated and time critical solution to an enviable portfolio of customers.Through growth within one of their more prestigious customers they now require a highly experienced Account Director with a strong understanding of the direct mail arena, and ideally with some understanding of the transactional print market. This can be directly from within a manufacturer, or from within a Print Management organisation. You will be responsible for the strategic direction of one major account, managing junior and senior personnel to deliver on a day to day operational level, whilst ensuring revenue and profitability of the account is maintained. Successful candidates will have superb understanding, and experience of managing multiple complex client relationships. With a demonstrable track record within major client management, people management, operations and strategic development gained within a high profile business to business service provider. Experience of tenders and implementing contracts would also be highly desirable. You will be an experienced senior manager with exceptional client management skills, be self-motivated with high personal drive, effective under pressure and able to deliver consistently, as well as being articulate and a good listener. Have excellent judgement, strong influencing and negotiation skills, and be highly entrepreneurial, adaptable, and strong under pressure.
