Job Description:
Our client is a leading print management, solutions based organisation, who currently seeks a Business Development / Client Services Manager. The key remit of this opportunity is the responsibility for selling outsourced / managed services into multi level corporate customers. You will need to understand the clients industry and business environments in order to develop and implement National and International account sales strategies. To do this you will need to identify, develop and maintain business relationships with key influencers and decision makers, promoting the quality image of the client within the marketplace. Develop and communicate account attack strategies using bespoke processes, tactics, engagement and coverage plans. Lead the services and solutions selling process and facilitate the hardware selling activities, meeting respective revenue and GP targets. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of successful sales from within the corporate services sector, and in outsourced (Print Managed) services. Effective communication, negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with key influencers and decision makers are paramount. Ideally someone who can identify strategic opportunities and energise resources appropriately, as well as being highly customer focused.
