Our client is a UK market leader in Graphic Communications and Media Services, offering a totally integrated and time critical solution to an enviable portfolio of Blue Chip clientele, within Financial Institutes on a Global basis. They are a technologically led business with state of the art media systems which are secure, fast, accurate and absolutely consistent. When it comes to information management solutions they are keyed into a continuously evolving programme, where their philosophy is to embrace change and development. However it is not just about technology and new ideas, it is also about the culture and the people that have built up the invaluable quality/service levels and their envious reputation. Due to sustained growth, they are currently seeking to recruit and experienced Group Sales Director. A prerequisite will be the ability to demonstrate a stable track record of managing a diverse and successful sales team, with a proven calibre in terms of personal business development at the highest levels. You must have a proven ability to manage, develop and be a natural leader. The ability to manage complex issues and effectively solve problems on a daily basis is essential. You must also be ambitious, driven, and not afraid to instigate change whilst leading from the front. Their sales team proactively promotes a range of solution based products into highly diverse market sectors, including Capital Markets, (Investment Banks & Financial Institutes), and Commercial environments. A key remit is to identify and obtain new acquisitions within Investment Banks, Lawyer Firms, and Corporate Plc's. To be successful at this you will need to be working closely with Board Level Directors, strategically analysing their continual development. This is a superb opportunity for the successful individual, who will have experience of dealing within the aforementioned industry sectors. This opportunity will involve travelling on a European basis, and managing a team that can at times be spread throughout the European Union.
