Job Description:
Our client is a highly successful digital manufacturer based in East London, and operating out of state of the art premises. They currently seek a Pre Media / Data Processing Manager with a superb grounding from within the digital variable data / Personalisation printing environment.The candidate will be responsible for taking client supplied data, cleansing, de-duping, filtering and preparing for mail sort. Applying the data to the design layout via either XMPie UDirect, or a similar variable data / one-to-one marketing packages. The ideal candidate will then produce production files ready to print, working alongside the clients' designers and account managers you will have good time management and accurate communication skills, and the ability to work without supervision. It is imperative that the successful individual will be able to build a team around them, and advise the client on streamlining the pre-media workflow processes. Skills required to be successful in this opportunity include: Microsoft Access & Excel, Adobe InDesign & Photoshop. Scripting skills would be an added advantage but are not essential. Strong knowledge of XMPie, UDirect or another variable data applications, and mailing / personalisation is highly desirable.
