Position: Trainee/Junior Account Manager – Direct Mail Location: West MidlandsSalary: £18-£20k The Company:The company are a well established Direct Mail Printers based in the West Midlands. The manufacture and produce large mailing campaigns on site. They operate in a very fast paced environment and have a number of loyal and high profile clients. The Role:The role they are looking to fill is for a relatively junior person the industry. This role may suit someone with a couple of years experience within Direct Mail but are looking to advance their career in a fast growing and reputable company. The role will involve a certain amount of admin and handling queries from customers over the phone. Requirements:The candidate will need to be eager to learn and have a good eye for detail. They must have a genuine enthusiasm for Direct Mail and will have excellent customer service skills.
