Position: Sales & Marketing Director

Location: Field Based – UK (Home based)Salary: £45k - £60k + commission + bonus + further benefits

The Company:Our client is uniquely positioned to understand their client’s requirements and implement a wide range of customised solutions ensuring marketing promotions are more effective by offering print, direct mail and logistics. They are currently recruiting for a New Business Development manager to focus on the direct mail side of the business.

The Role:This is a consultative sales role whereby candidates will be responsible for developing new business. Covering the UK and often working remotely you will identify key decision makers and develop new business opportunities by cold calling and appointment making.

Requirements:

• Direct Mail knowledge/experience is essential

• Print management experience is preferable, however not essential

• Consultative approach to sales

• Dynamic

• Professional

• Flair for new business

• Determined, positive nature

• Motivated

• Creative thinker with the ability to come up with new ideas
