Job Description:
Reporting to Customer Service Manager the role is primarily concerned with providing excellent customer service to the Sourcing Unit’s customers.This Unit manufactures and delivers products to 23 different sales organisations based across Europe.The customer contacts also play a key role in the planning process by working closely with our contacts in the sales orginisations to understand their individual needs and ensuring, with ops planning the supply planning teams, that we provide the service they need to fulfill their customer’s demands.The role also involves working with our 3rd Party Logistic/Finished goods warehouse supplier and the dispatch co-ordinator on site to optimise the deliveries to the customer, to provide the best balance of cost and service.This role could involve some European Travel.Location: UK-ALL Company: [n/a] Company Description: [n/a] Company Website: [n/a] In order to apply for this job, please click on the Apply Now button if you are a registered user, or contact directly: Name: Email: Phone: |
