Position: Client Services Executive – Print ManagementLocation: North EastSalary: Up to £28kThe Company:We are currently with a leading marketing and corporate communications company. Employing around 1000 people they have an impressive portfolio in financial, retail, leisure and IT. Due to rapid growth they are now looking to recruit a Client Services Executive to be internally based. The Role:Reporting into the Creative Services Director your role will be to build and maintain client relationships through the provision of outstanding customer service. Responsibilities will include:• Successfully manage allocated client accounts• Implement preventative action to all problems encountered by providing suitable solutions• Manage client jobs through the business, providing accurate and adequate job instructions to all departments, agreeing schedules and monitoring job progress• To actively participate in regular production meetings, providing appropriate information and feedback• To fully understand and make efficient and effective use of internal systems• Visit clients as and when appropriate• To act as a team player at all times• To attend all required induction and training courses, internal and external• Acquire and maintain up to date knowledge of all products and services offered by the company• Timely and accurate completion of billingRequirements:• Experience within a Customer Service environment, ideally within the Direct Mail/Transactional Mail or Print industry• Professional attitude• Customer focused• Self motivated and pro-active• Problem solving skills• Ability to work accurately to deadlines and prioritise effectively.• Excellent communication skills• Commercial acumen• Planning and organisational skills• Team player • Proactive and results focused• Computer literateLocation: UK-ALL Company: [n/a] Company Description: [n/a] Company Website: [n/a] In order to apply for this job, please click on the Apply Now button if you are a registered user, or contact directly: Name: Email: Phone: |
