Job Description:
Position: Business Development Director – Direct Mail/Creative MarketingLocation: Field Based – Covering the UKSalary: £40k - £50k + commission + company carThe Company:Our client boasts a purpose built direct mail fulfilment and print solutions factory. With a team of experienced direct marketing and print solutions professionals they are able to react to briefs with understanding, enthusiasm and attention to detail. Their services include data management, machine and hand enclosing, polywrapping and print management.The Role:They are currently looking to expand their team by recruiting a Business Development Director to develop direct mail solutions using digital and online business. The role will be 100% new business and the successful candidate will be left alone to run and develop the business, identifying new opportunities and maintaining them.Requirements:• Motivated self-starter• Long-term commitment and progression• Direct mail/direct marketing experience• Confident presenter and negotiator• Excellent communicator at a senior level• Ability to build relationships with new contacts in key accounts• Examples of initiative• Prove trustworthy to run and develop the business• Ability to critique a piece of work with supportive rationaleThe Benefits:This is a fantastic role and the opportunity to be an integral part of the business.
