Due to their considerable successes in securing high profile, high value contracts, they have recently restructured their operations and as a result are now looking to recruit a Technical Service Delivery Manager/Supplier Manager with experience of the Telecoms, Print Hardware and IT infrastructureRequirements: • Experience in 3rd party supplier management within the telecoms, print hardware and IT sectors is essential• Experience of having successfully operated at prime customer contact level in a technology environment.• Technology Service delivery management experience • Strong client, technology supplier and people management.• Preferred experience in outsourcing bids, from pre-sales to successful implementation• Proven experience of contract negotiation/supplier management• University degree (or equivalent) and relevant professional qualifications• Dynamic• Pro-active• Willing to travel within the UK The Role:The Service Delivery Manager is accountable for managing technology service delivery to one or more client accounts, the role could also expand to include people management responsibilities, often across multiple sites. You will also be responsible for 3rd Party supplier management across functions such as IT infrastructure, telecommunications and hardware suppliers, ensuring SLA's are in place, negotiated and reviewed. You will Provide support to new business opportunities supporting the transition and implementation of new business. Directly managing the service delivery employees and managers you will put processes in place to pro-actively protect consistent service quality.
