Position: Commercial Manager – Print ManagementLocation: SwindonSalary: £30k - £35kThe Company:Our client provides one of Europe’s leading provider of Print Management, Data Solutions, Document Management, Logistics and Campaign Delivery. Their services cover all aspects from creative development through to print management and fulfilment, response handling, data management and contact centre support.The Role:• Support the invoicing process and assist account managers to reach their invoicing targets.• Agree, develop and maintain financial controls for the business operations.• Support the delivery of revenue and cost budgets for operations.• Provide Internal Audit.• Ensure management accounts and financial reports are produced, reviewed and opportunities are identified.• Support account managers/ sales to create quotes on time and in accordance with SLAs. • Provide support on the contractual, financial & legal items arising from commercial contracts with clients and suppliers.• Establish efficiency metrics upon which variable cost forecasts are flexed so that resources are adequately budgeted to meet demand.• Develop capital investment plans as required and monitor allocation and spending to ensure benefits are delivered.• Emphasis on management reporting, support operations projects including the project management of agreed change programmes. • Review the financial aspects of current systems and specify changes.Requirements:• Print knowledge is desirable• Accountancy qualification and management accountancy background – Ideally you will hold or be working towards CIMA qualification.• Commercial knowledge of contracts, bid processes, and associated service delivery agreements and contracts.• Operational-financial experience (factory and/or service environment).• Service and product costing experience including activity analysis, capital investment planning, and activity/resource cost management.• Operational revenue and cost reporting.• Management reporting of business performance.• You must be willing to travel on a regular basis
