Job Description:
Position: Account Manager – Print ManagementLocation: SwindonSalary: £20k starting salaryThe Company:Our client provides one of Europe’s leading provider of Print Management, Data Solutions, Document Management, Logistics and Campaign Delivery. Their services cover all aspects from creative development through to print management and fulfilment, response handling, data management and contact centre support. They currently require an Account Manager to assist with managing accounts by helping process enquiries and produce quotes. The Role:• Working closely with all departments, the Account Manager will be responsible for delivering client projects on time and within client budget• You will act as the main contact with the client and establish a long term relationship• Effectively liaise with all external agencies, clients and suppliers and other departments to ensure that all service levels are maintained to agreed levels.• Producing quotations when requested. • Provide detailed briefs to all relevant internal departments complete with all required samples at the required time to ensure the schedule is met and the work is accurate.• Ensure that sign off by the client is achieved for all sections of work.• Attend progress meetings with clients and agencies when required and produce detailed contact reports and distribute these within 24 working hours of the meeting finishing.• Maintain a status report for ongoing client contacts, ensuring that this is updated on a daily basis and distributed to relevant internal departments, all client relevant client contacts and relevant agency and supplier contacts.Requirements:• Industry experience – good print knowledge• Account Manager experience• Excellent administrative skills• Organised with good attention to detail• Positive outlook and calm under pressure• Good written and verbal communication skills• Adaptable & PragmaticLocation: UK-ALL Company: [n/a] Company Description: [n/a] Company Website: [n/a] In order to apply for this job, please click on the Apply Now button if you are a registered user, or contact directly: Name: Email: Phone: |
