Position: Client Experience Director – Transactional MailLocation: BristolSalary: £excellent packageThe Company:Our client is a large transactional mail company with the flexibility and capacity to cope with mailings of all shapes and sizes. Boasting a large portfolio of clients they are at the forefront of providing one-to-one transactional mail in both paper and electronic formats.The Role:We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Client Experience Director to deliver exceptional customer service at an executive level. You will be required to build and deliver commercial proposals and negotiate terms and conditions whilst maintaining focus on providing solutions for your clients. You will actively seek out new areas of business development whilst managing a senior team of Account Directors, leading, developing and motivating them to deliver primary research, industry analysis and customer needs assessment. Requirements:This role requires executive level and sound relationship management with the ability to identify and shape opportunities for new initiatives for clients. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills and will possess exceptional presentation skills. It is essential that you have previous experience in man-management at a senior level and a proven track record in new business successes.
