Position: Account Director x 2 – Transactional Mail Location: London/BristolSalary: £excellent packageThe Company:Our client is a large transactional mail company with the flexibility and capacity to cope with mailings of all shapes and sizes. Boasting a large portfolio of clients they are at the forefront of providing one-to-one transactional mail in both paper and electronic formats.The Role:Reporting to the Client Experience Director your primary responsibility will be to ensure excellence in all client experiences. You will be responsible for writing, reporting and maintaining client specific account plans and developing proactive solutions to improve customer service. Continually seeking out ways to add value to the service you will maintain contractual and service level agreements and lead quarterly strategic reviews. It will be your responsibility to lead, motivate and develop your team of Client Service Managers and Account Handlers in order to offer the best client experience possible.Requirements:Candidates will possess excellent communication skills and be able to create and maintain relationships with senior clients. You must have the ability to think on your feet and match solutions to business ideas. It is essential that you have extensive experience in business development at a senior level and a professional and positive approach with a solid and proven track record of developing successful relationships.Applicants must have experience of working within a Transactional Print environment and have a proven track record in both client retention and developing the business.
