Job Description:
A key role within a newly re-organised, cell-based manufacturing structure. Reporting to the Cell Leader (CL), the Cell Engineer (CE) will take full responsibility for leading the Engineering improvement program and co-ordination of maintenance activities in their cell consisting of 2 packing lines, using appropriate TPM methodology (AM, EM, FI, EEM). Primarily a day based role, but requiring a level of flexibility to enable support for the Cell Team on shift, the Cell Engineer will have direct line responsibility for a team of 5 direct reports to enable the maintenance and improvement programme to be progressed in their area.
