Due to their considerable successes in securing high profile, high value contracts, they have recently restructured their operations and as a result are now looking to recruit a Service Delivery Manager to join their team.The Role:• The Service Delivery Manager is accountable for managing service delivery to one or more client accounts promoting continuous improvement of productivity, service quality and customer satisfaction.• Delivering service that meets SLA and delights the customer• Developing strong relationships and teams• Achieving productivity improvements• Transforming and growing the business• Ensures resources, capabilities and capacity to meet both existing and new business demand• Ownership of problems and incidents• Motivates, develops and mentors other service delivery employees and managers• Reports to the Service Delivery Manager Level 2 or 3.
