Job Description:
Position: Account Manager –Sheet & WebLocation: BradfordSalary: £25k - £30kThe Company:This leading producer of printed material is currently looking for an Account Manager to serve and maintain existing business for selected key accounts. The Role:• Building & maintaining excellent client and supplier relationships • Constantly liaising with key customer contacts ensuring excellent communications • Dealing with queries from the customer speedily and effectively • Taking corrective action promptly so as to reduce the risk of compounding errors• Manage the progress of work through the site and attending pre-production meetings • Represent the Company at client meetings as required. • Work with the Account Managers/Directors to develop key accounts year on year • Invoice within agreed timescales on completion of the work.• Maintain excellent communication with Sales and Production • Working with Sales and Estimating to ensure that customer information is always up-to-date • Ensure that the Account Director is kept fully informed of key issues / risks as early as possible.Requirements:• Knowledge of sheet web is essential • Good general print knowledge• Excellent customer services skills• Previous Account Manager experience• Ability to organise time accordingly• Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Professional and confident attitude.Location: UK-ALL Company: [n/a] Company Description: [n/a] Company Website: [n/a] In order to apply for this job, please click on the Apply Now button if you are a registered user, or contact directly: Name: Email: Phone: |
