Job Description:
Position: Account Executive Location: North East - YorkshireSalary: £20K- £25KThe Company:Our client is a provider of Commercial Web offset, Digital & Litho print specialising primarily in magazines, catalogues and brochures. The area they are looking to recruit in is a subsidiary division of this company which specialises in Print Management specifically for the Web and Gravure markets. This is a niche market which they are developing at an impressive rate. The Role:The key focuses of this role is delivering exceptional customer services. Requests for quotations will be processed in a responsive manner and clients will be updated regularly on the progress of their work. The Account Executive will, in conjunction with the account manager, select the most appropriate supplier, negotiate costing and timescales for each job, manage benchmark information and ensure that internal procedures are followed at all times. It will involve liaising with and building on relationships with external suppliers across the UK and Europe. Requirements:Applicants must have excellent customer service skills and ideally with have come from a Print background having worked in a similar role. Whilst it is essential that they have good all round print knowledge, an understanding of the Web/Gravure processes and industry would be a distinct advantage. They must be willing to work in a team helping to support and co-ordinate more complex projects.
