Position: Postal Solutions Executive – Direct MailLocation: NormantonSalary: £45k + bonusThe Company:Our client is a leading global provider of corporate information solutions. Specialising in corporate information solutions they provide expert management of all printed and digital information. They currently require a Postal Solutions Executive to join the team.The Role:• To ensure the smooth running of postal activities• Day to day liaison with user departments, on site production team & postal suppliers• Site based (and DM house) postal issue resolution• Postal supplier performance management & reporting• Site orientated postal supplier relationship management• Manage client departmental feedback• Provide product development support• Facilitate on site postal education• Provide management support for user teams • Support Finance department in postal reporting & system development• Maintain close awareness of campaign development• Ensure optimum postal product use by campaign for requirementsRequirements:• Familiarity with current postal marketplace• Familiarity with Direct Mail Production• Good communication / reporting skills• Good numeration skills• Advanced Excel / Access / PowerPoint abilities• Client facing experience• Relationship building skills• Meeting co-ordination / chairing experience• Experience of working within a corporate environment
