Job Description:
Position: Business Development Manager –Direct Mail/Contact CentreLocation: Field Based – Covering the UKSalary: Up to £57.5k + bonus + benefitsThe Company:Our client is one of the industry's longest standing and respected outsourcing specialists for business critical communications. Managing communication functions that are essential to the success of any business they deal with processing high value customer orders, collecting cash, managing debt, sending a bill / account statement or dealing with shareholder votes and notifications. Working in a strictly regulated environment they have adapted their services across many industry sectors, including utilities, financial services and mobile telecommunications. The Role:Due to continuous investment and room for further expansion they now require a Business Development Manager to devise solutions for new clients incorporating direct mail, contact centre, fulfilment and data services. This is a senior role that requires a more consultative sales approach. Candidates will be focused on 100% new business development and will have the ability to work off their own initiative, dealing with clients at all levels.Requirements:• Knowledge of the direct mail industry• Contact Centre experience is essential• Proven background in new business sales• Experience of a ‘solution sell’• Ability to manage yourself and work off own initiative• Determined• Negotiation and presentation skills• Communication skillsThe Benefits:This is a fantastic opportunity for a new business development manager to provide solutions to blue-chip companies around the UK.
