Job Description:
Position: Account Executive – Direct MailLocation: Milton KeynesSalary: 25 -30The Company:This leading global provider of corporate information solutions has a proven reputation for their skills, knowledge and capabilities. They currently require an Account Executive to be responsible for customer service and product delivery through constant liaison with clients.The Role:• Procurement and project management of Direct Mail campaigns, understanding of Marketing objectives• Advising on most suitable equipment and suppliers for all print jobs• Provide technical input and advise on print projects as required• Takes accurate information from clients, formulating full production briefs• Produces detailed print specifications to suppliers• Maintaining detailed job history information• Develops strong relationships with suppliers• Implements and uses management information systems• Daily tracking and analysis of benchmarking information, ensuring that this data is communicated monthly to the Account Director• Define new business opportunities• Develops a good understanding of the client’s business and industry sector• Builds relationships with clients and manage their perceptions and expectations• Guides and manages the workflow on a daily basisRequirements:• Full understanding of litho (sheet/web) and digital print processes• Previous experience in a direct mail environment is essential• Experience in managing complex Direct Mail campaigns• Ability to build relationships and develop new business • Committed, resilient and prepared to work extra hours as required• Service minded with proven client management skills• Experience of working in an environment where priorities are constantly changing • Can manage change, and keep a clear perspective of end goals• Team worker, with positive outlook who can inspire and motivates peers• Focus on project management, timely delivery and achievement of Key Performance Indicators• Must be computer literate and numerateLocation: UK-ALL Company: [n/a] Company Description: [n/a] Company Website: [n/a] In order to apply for this job, please click on the Apply Now button if you are a registered user, or contact directly: Name: Email: Phone: |
