Role Overview:
Our client is a leading Multinational Company providing print/packaging supply chain solutions globally to the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare and Medical Device Industries.
In keeping with their business plan, they are now looking to appoint a Key Account Development Manager to further grow their substantial business throughout Europe.
The successful candidate will optimise sales volumes, margins and growth opportunities through a long-term strategic, professional and proactive relationship with a new portfolio of customers.

The Person:
Based on territory he/she will demonstrate the following;

  • Successful Business Development and Sales Management experience within an international print/manufacturing manufacturing environment.
  • International Key Account Manager/Director experience 5 years +.
  • Successful Sales Budget preparation, management and a proven record of Sales achievement.
  • Excellent Communication/presentation skills.
  • Language skills. Fluent English and native to at least one other European language.
  • Excellent international negotiation/influencing skills.
  • Familiar with large contract negotiation.
  • Customer relationship skills.
  • Experience and understanding on of margin control and enhancement.
  • Project management and problem solving skills.
  • Product knowledge.
  • Broad knowledge of Printing/Packaging manufacturing process.
  • Numerical /Verbal reasoning skills at management norm (SHL).
  • Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Quality Systems/Vendor Managed Inventory Systems considered an advantage.
