Job Description:
Reporting directly to the UK Managing Director.The ideal candidate will be from the Paper or Design Sector.(Marketing Professionals possibly working alongside a more senior marketer and looking to ``go it alone`` will be given equal consideration).Primary responsibilities;Provide in depth market, industry and competitive analysis and positioningDevelop pricing and product offer package strategiesWork closely with the sales team to develop sales and marketing tools, innovative marketing programmes and event campaignsDevelop content for product and UK company collateralCo-ordinate the marketing plan and business development processes as per the business planGeneral responsibilities;The PMM will help create and maintain the business plan for the markets served by our product line.In this role the PMM will articulate the company`s distinctive competence and the product`s unique advantage.In support of the business case, the PMM will perform qualitative and quantitative research with existing customers and potential prospects.In addition, the PMM will perform sales, trend and profitability analysis.As a key business manager, the PMM will interface with industry thought leaders and strategic partners.The PMM will work with decision makers in market communications and sales management to ensure that the products are correctly communicated to the market.Position requirements3+ years as a Product Marketing ManagerPrior experience in paper, print, publishing, or similar marketKnowledge of the internet and prior experience utilizing the web as a marketing vehicleDemonstrated successes in product launches and end to end execution of marketing strategiesExcellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation experience to large and diverse audiencesDemonstrated ability to meet or beat assigned targets and deadlines consistentlyExperience developing relationships with suppliers, distributors and co-marketing partners highly desirableUnderstanding of marketing processes needed to sell successfully through dealership or distribution networksDealer management experienceFor further information contact Gary Young on 0141 6476688 - send up to date CV to gary@ harrison-scott.co.uk.Location: UK-ALL Company: [n/a] Company Description: [n/a] Company Website: [n/a] In order to apply for this job, please click on the Apply Now button if you are a registered user, or contact directly: Name: Email: Phone: |
