Job Description:

Our client is a leading packaging company in the UK who are brand management suppliers to a number of blue chip clients. They are looking to recruit a Client Service Executive to join their busy, successful team.

The Client Service Executive is a key position within the company's Client Service function which provides an efficient and professional service to all clients. Client Service Executives can expect to be involved with the following activities:

o Participation in the creation and implementation of the account strategy to deliver business growth and profitability
o Communicating information within the supply chain.
o Ensuring works documentation is produced in a timely manner allowing right first time production
o Ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded
o Ensure promises are kept
o Ensure invoicing data is correct to allow timely payment
o Involvement in print feasibility on behalf of the on site account manager
o Evaluating colour control within the supply chain

Client Service Representatives will have:

o Understanding of all print processes
o Experience of Packaging
o Experience of colour separation
o Experience of artwork
o Understanding of supply chain requirements
o Clear communication of requirements
o Understanding of strategy
o The ability to be a doer as well as an instructor of tasks
o Skilled in using Microsoft Word
o Skilled in using Microsoft Excel
o Understanding of colour management

The above should be regarded as an indication and Client Service Executives should expect to be involved with activities not listed here. The company will provide coaching, support and training to allow successful Client Service Representatives to develop their careers within the Client Service function.
