Our client is one of the largest print businesses in the South of England. Employing in excess 200 staff they boast a plant list consisting of state of the art pre-press and finishing, Web, Sheet and Digital presses, storage and distribution.They are now entering the next phase of a planned development programme and are looking to secure an experienced Sales Manager to lead from the front. It is essential that you have a background in selling solutions to blue chip businesses offering the full array of Web, Sheet and Digital facilities. You will be taking responsibility for the Sales performance of a team of 13. You will need to be an effective people manager, motivator and trainer as part of the bonus structure will be based on their performance. This is an important role within this leading business and offers not only excellent remuneration but excellent career advancement.
