This is a unique opportunity to join a prestigious company who offer managed services to blue chip clients throughout the globe. This role is responsible for the day to day Operational Management and Account Management of a managed Print solution for our client. The key responsibilities of this role will be ensuring the operation achieves customer satisfaction and financial performance targets; managing and developing the client relationship and ensuring full compliance with all aspects of the PBMS quality management system The overall objective for this position is service delivery and revenue growth, this will be achieved through 3 main areas: Relationship Management
