Job Description:
This is a unique opportunity to join a prestigious company who offer managed services to blue chip clients throughout the globe. This role is responsible for the day to day Operational Management and Account Management of a managed Print solution for our client. 

The key responsibilities of this role will be ensuring the operation achieves customer satisfaction and financial performance targets; managing and developing the client relationship and ensuring full compliance with all aspects of the PBMS quality management system

The overall objective for this position is service delivery and revenue growth, this will be achieved through 3 main areas:

Relationship Management
  • Identify relevant contacts within client organisations and communicate with the Regional Operations Manager to agree a co-ordinated approach to client communications.
  • Work closely with the appropriate client contacts to ensure the development of strong operational and commercial relationships, supporting the ongoing contract development, growth, retention and renewal.
  • Communicate at all relevant levels within the client organisation to develop an understanding of processes and the business needs of PBMS customers, delivering written quotations and SLA’s to meet these needs.
  • Account Performance

    • Manage the financial performance of site operations to achieve account / site financial targets (revenue, profitability, growth, etc.), to support the achievement of the organisation’s financial targets.
    • Regularly review Service Level Agreements in line with changing business requirements. Service Excellence
      • Ensure full compliance with all aspects of PBMS quality management system – “Service Excellence” – and environmental system.
      • Ensure documented operating quality procedures are in place and updated regularly.
      • The candidate must be a self starter, have an excellent understanding of print management and the ability to take a design brief.  Have Strong proven leadership skills and experience as well as experience of working in a client facing role, experience at report writing and cost management and  experienced with working in an environment governed by SLA’s The ideal candidate will have a solid background within Print Management in an operational aspect, but will also be client focused with the ability to manage and build upon client relationships.
