Our client is the UK’s leading manufacturer of printed packaging components for the pharmaceutical and Healthcare industry and they provide sophisticated design, graphics and added value service which differentiates their products. They operate from dedicated sites throughout the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe.  Extensive investment in their staff, new technology and fully automated systems, has helped established a strong market position for quality and excellence within a worldwide customer base.  The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating efficient work plans for print, cut & crease and finishing, as well as assisting the management team with the integration of an effective planning system across all areas of the business. Applications are invited from individuals with a minimum of two years experience in a similar role.  Candidates must also be able to demonstrate excellent inter-personal skills and have the confidence to establish good working relationships with all departments and communicate effectively. The successful candidate will be conscientious, with excellent organisational and IT skills, with the ability to manage the work flow through the operation to ensure that the required level of service and delivery expectations are achieved.
