An excellent position has arisen for a Sales & customer Support administrator. It is essential that you have knowledge and experience of the Print, Label & Carton Manufacturing. The position involves liaison between Customers, Sales Executives, Studio and Production in dealing with all aspects of Customer requirements. They are looking for an excellent communicator both verbal and writing, organisational & Computer skills, a willingness to learn, a team player, enthusiastic, good problem solver, someone who is adaptable, self motivated, able to multi task and work under pressure, whilst remaining attentive to detail throughout.  You will need to handle and deal with any customer issue promptly and with due care and respect, keep the customer informed of their products and provide information follow-up, to interact with other departments at all times, ensure that customer orders are processed in a timely manner through production, file in an orderly manner all customer correspondence, order acknowledgements, information requests and any satisfaction surveys, to be the first point of contact and to extend a deep understanding of the customer’s needs and expectations.
