Our client is a manufacturer of print cartridges. They turn over 10million and have been established for 12 years. Through this period they have enjoyed steady and controlled growth. Now with 4 sites across the Yorkshire area they are looking to recruit 2 sales executives to work in their busy Leeds office. They offer career development up to managerial level and excellent on going training. The company believes in looking after its staff and you are offered extra incentives, they even provide on site facilities such as pool table. THE ROLE Selling printer cartridges to small and large businesses You will be office based selling over the telephone This is a new business role at first however you manage all the accounts you bring on and so the aim is to become an account manager over time Once you have achieved this you can further develop into a supervisor and then into a managerial role by meeting company targets THE PERSON You could come from ANY background Exisiting team members come from varied work backgrounds |motor trade, civil service, retail, delivery driver and even straight from college) This is a genuine opportunity to break into business to business sales with no prior experience The most important thing to have is a can do attitude, enthusiasm and a hunger to earn lots of money You should be honest and reliable with a good work ethic THE PACKAGE 12,000 basic Year 1 on target earnings: 20-25,000 Year 2 on target earnings: 25-35,000 Do not be put off by the basic salary as commission is paid regularly, uncapped and some members of the team are earning in excess of 40,000!!
